Grand Isle az Egyesült Államok Louisiana államában, a Jefferson Parish városkája, amely a Mexikói-öbölben egy azonos nevű gát szigeten található. A sziget a Barataria-öböl torkolatánál található, ahol találkozik az öböllel. Itt csapott le az 5-ös erősségű hurrikán, az Ida.
